Welcome to Junk Removal Connection. By booking a service with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

I provide junk removal services for residential and commercial customers in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Items I haul include furniture, appliances, yard debris, and general household junk. Hazardous materials (chemicals, paints, fuels, medical waste, etc.) are not accepted.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on the volume of junk removed, type of items, and location. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, which qualifies for a discount, as well as other standard forms of payment.

4. Liability

I take pride in handling all jobs with care. However, I am not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items being removed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items to be removed are safe and accessible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and clear access to the items being removed.

  • Verify that all items to be hauled are approved (no hazardous waste).

  • Be available at the scheduled time of pickup, or provide clear instructions in advance.

6. Privacy

Any personal information collected (such as name, address, phone number, or email) will only be used to provide services and communicate with you. Your information will never be sold or shared.

7. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.

Disclaimer

Junk Removal Connection reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, if items include hazardous or prohibited materials, or if access is blocked. While every effort is made to handle items with care, I am not responsible for damage to property that results from moving or hauling items that are unusually heavy, fragile, or not properly prepared for removal. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to all items scheduled for pickup.

Prohibited Items

For safety reasons, the following items cannot be removed or hauled:

  • Paints, stains, and solvents

  • Fuels, oils, and gasoline

  • Hazardous chemicals or cleaners

  • Batteries (car, industrial, or large lithium)

  • Tires in poor condition (unless pre-approved)

  • Medical waste or biohazard materials

  • Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials

  • Explosives, ammunition, or pressurized containers (propane tanks, etc.)

If you’re unsure whether an item can be removed, please ask before scheduling.
